ATT Bills

So, I was trying to figure out whether I could move to a rate plan with fewer minutes and I realized that my ATamp;T bill is unintelligible. None of the numbers add up. I'm on a 1400 minute plan, and i used 1040 minutes, but 414 minutes went into rollover, and I somehow used rollover minutes too?
My plan costs $90 + $10 for the extra line + $30 for data, but that somehow turns into $114 + 30, which doesn't include the $90 which somehow goes to zero.
The site is horrible too. Full of options, and looks good, but nothing quite makes sense either. You only get half the information you need and instead of making it easy and straightforward, the site is riddled with badly written instructions and links to customer support. Wouldn't you think that if you're having to tell people to contact customer support to figure out how to look up and read account information that you've done something wrong? How is that a solution?
