Adding Acconts to Postfix

In our standard setup mail accounts are machine accounts. So to add a new account, become root then YaST -gt; Security and Users -gt; Users -gt; add.

If the goal is to allow someone to receive mail at an address handled by the mail server, an alias or forward may be what you're looking for. E.g., if barry@foo.com is to receive mail for 'webmaster@foo.com', or you want to include common spellings or alternate addresses like aliasing 'mary' to 'marie'.
