Cap'n Trade

I was at a gas station the other day and saw this ad for Cap'n Trade which said: "Did you know that Cap'n Trade will add 77ยข per gallon?" I thought: "Did you know that your already that in hidden subsidies for oil producers?"
Since we can assume that the people running the ad have looked into Cap'n Trade and surrounding policies around oil and gas use in the US, we must assume that they know these facts.
TODO: find the in-depth research paper that breaks down the range of known and possible subsidies; probably in my research database.
