Summary

This is one of the better films in the set, better-than-average but still very much typical example of late 70's/early 80's Hong Kong.

Details and Notes

There's nothing great about this film, but it's a competently made just for the fun of it films. The breaks into little circus scenes are just fun little interludes for the audience. Something new to see. It's a certain character of movie that was lost in US/Western film-making long before the 70's.

Side note: this film has lots of great examples of the Oh My, What You've Said Just Now is Somehow Quite Surprising to Me device in the early scenes.
