Some really amazing fight sequences and lots of them... but if your not into that, the utterly contrived and often uncomfortable plot make this a non-starter.
Summary
An autistic girl living next to a Thai boxing gym uses her prodigal fighting powers to collect on her mother's loan shark debts in order to pay for her hospital bill. Entirely contrived and very uncomfortable plot that's not sad, but has one constantly asking, "Is this autism exploitation?" It's certainly child exploitation.
But, if you like strong action sequences, then this has some really good stuff. Clever, imaginative, and a non-stop climax involving two mentally challenged fighting prodigies. It's awesome, but twice as uncomfortable.
Details and Notes
Spoilers ahead.
I ended up giving this one four stars on Netflix almost entirely because of the final fight scene on the side of the building and the scene between the girl and boy in the dojo. Clever and really well done stuff.
Having said all that, the movie is quite insensitive. If it were anything but a martial arts film--which are kind of like porn in-so-far as you really can't fault them for having contrived plots--I'd be taking a very different tone in the review.
