Demeaning for the Elderly

Get the fuck over it! Honestly... come on. It's demeaning to to be in a supplicant position to someone who's dumber, less skilled and less able but age has nothing to do with it. The fucked up thing about this quote is that earlier in the interview, the complaint was that they were being discriminated against because they were old. Either age is a factor or it isn't. You can't have it both ways.
