Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

This is a super popular beer that I just don't like all that much. I'm very interested in the idea of relative taste, because for me, the hops in this brew simply overwhelm everything else. There is no doubt a lot of malt and to my taste it comes close to being balanced in the finish, but the initial taste is just a bitter slap in the mouth.

Even so, I say I don't like it all that much, but it's not like I'd turn it down. I recognize it's a good beer, and when I'm in the mood for sipping something, it's a fine choice. But it's not a beer I'd stock in my fridge.
