Eye Focus
From Zanecorpwiki
Use a camera to track the eye and determine what window the user is looking at. Give that window focus.
On my setup, I have to large screens and my mouse hand spends 80%+ of the time just clicking on windows. A camera mounted in the center of the screen could rather easily determine which window I was looking at with a fair degree of accuracy and give that window focus. Might be challenges in refining to a purely automated system, but other possibilities exist as well.
Tether drag the mouse around so that cursor is at least better position. Model for this would be thus: make best guess as to exact focus point. Model a string stretched between that point and cursor. User could adjust length of virtual string. The longer the tether, the less the cursor moves around, makes it smoother, less distracting. The shorter the string, the less you have to mouse.
Combine with facial gestures--winks, blinks, eyebrow lifts. Might look silly, and maybe not for mass market, but I could use it.
