Something along the lines of:

• 5 semi-permanent rotating exhibits
• exhibits swapped out every two months
• space for one exhibit at a time
• social space
• local space to stage incoming exhibit and pack outgoing exhibit
• long term storage separate (if real estate costs an issue)
