Osha's Passing
From Zanecorpwiki
We had to put Osha to sleep last night. She'd been having some increased symptoms from the tumor, but her quality of life was still so good it was tragic. We'd just taken her off Proin and adjusted her prednisone a few days before so she was less anxious than she'd been awhile, though it had never been too bad. Jen and I had taken her for a long walk in the cool of the evening a few hours before the seizures started. It was the first walk in awhile, and all three of us where more relaxed and in the best mood we'd been in for awhile. The vet people at the vet let us sit with her until we were sure the seizure's weren't going to stop.
I'm thankful that we had a good day and that she didn't start seizing while alone in the house.
