Printing MediaWiki

The only real trick here is to realize that MediaWiki has a separate 'print-media' CSS. This is really helpful in tweaking how a site prints.

I use pre a lot, and by default, pre disallows page breaks within the element. This is usually not what I want. Unfortunately and bafflingly, Firefex does not support the 'page-break-inside' attribute... only Opera does. Maybe it's best to print pages from opera?
