Restrict MediaWiki Viewing

Utilize apache to lock down access to IPs or use apache's built in HTTP authentication. Since the intent with a limited access wiki is to limit access to the data, it's probably also a good idea to require that the entire wiki be accessed only through HTTPS (TODO: provide reference).
