Shaking Up a Failed System

Work in Progress.

Idea: We get focused on "fixing" things. What's the "best system". Often, these answers are unknown. Maybe even unknowable. We do know when somethings broken, though, and when somethings broken, you should change it. If for no other reason than this: until you change the system, those that profit from the current broke system will continue to do so. If nothing else, you want those that caused and profit by the failures of the current system to fail. To allow (and even perversely, to support) those failures reverses all incentive. Failure is rewarded with success and you are guaranteed a fucked up result. Guaranteed a negative result. The more you allow (or prop up) a failed system, the worst the result gets. Guaranteed. You don't need to have the "right answer" to know you should change things up.

Case in point: health care, and (even more obvious) finance.
