Ideally, we would host the NFS on the Mac so that all the guests could connect to it. But that doesn't work out so well. Instead, try exporting NFS uprm openSUSE. For whatever reason, you have to add the 'insecure' option, so you options will probably be:

rw,root_squash,insecure

If the directory is only to be shared between the guest and host OS, limit the host wild card to the Parallels NAT (get the IP from System Preferences-gt;Network).
