Undisputed II

Summary

First off, this movie has no narrative connection with Undisputed. It's a totally different cast, crew, and aesthetic. As far as I can tell, it's just a cheap follow on action movie. The acting isn't great, the story is hardly interesting, the plot entirely predictable, and the fighting is okay.

It's not a bad late night, barely awake kind of movie (which is incidentally how I first saw it), but the number of unsupported plot points really begin to stack up after awhile. So much about the movie just doesn't make any sense.

The real problem, though, is that none of the characters are sympathetic... except for the guy in the wheel chair, except in his case I'm continually distracted by the fact that he literally lives in a sewer in horrific conditions and is somehow still alive.

The sets aren't bad.
