What Can You Do?
From Zanecorpwiki
Some of your employees are on Facebook and Twitter right now instead of working. Even worse, they could be posting negative comments about your organization. What can you do?
My answer? Don't be an asshole and maybe you're employees won't say negative things about you. Be a good company to work for and then enjoy the free advertising and word of mouth. Attract better talent. Executive Briefings Answer? "Control content without the bad guy," and "Taking disciplinary action against employee's harmful posts".[notes 1]
I make this personal guarantee (whatever that means): my seminar (held on the 10th of Whenever) will improve your business in many ways, including your bottom line. Based on this email, I'd wager EBB's will make you feel like you're doing something in the short run, but then be left wondering why "nothing seems to help." Answer: because you're going to seminars about how to be a jackhole.
Notes
- ↑ I did take, what I consider, "the worst" quotes from the email. But they are not out of context. They're listed in a bullet point list so they're clearly meant to stand on their own as statements.
