Sequences that are good for me.

AMS-down dog with a strap; fingertips at wall, increase stretch of inner arms; lift chest toward frontal thighs.

AMS-down dog with heals elevated at wall; increase stretch of hamstrings; lift sitting bones and lift chest toward frontal thighs.

AMV-handstand

Trikonasana-feet at extreme angles; tuck tail bone; lift pubis to navel.

Urdhva Prasarita Padasana- legs at 90, 60 and 30 degree angles.

Flow from Dandasana to Halasana to Dandasana to Halasana to Dandasana, etc...

Paripurna Navasana

Sirsasana-Headstand

Viparita Dandasana-supported back bend with chair. Use strap at upper thighs.

Halasana-plow pose with feet at wall. We did not get to this pose, so please contact me if you have questions.
